By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. 2. Use of the Platform PINCO Habitat provides a structured system for students to request accommodation and for property owners to list available housing. Users agree to: - Provide accurate and complete information - Use the platform for lawful purposes only - Not misuse or interfere with the platform’s operations 3. Booking Process - All bookings submitted on the platform are requests, not automatic confirmations - A booking is only confirmed after: - A quotation is issued, and - Payment is verified PINCO reserves the right to accept or decline booking requests based on availability and verification. 4. Pricing and Payments - All bookings are based on an official quotation issued by PINCO Habitat - Payments must follow the details provided in the quotation - The first payment is processed through PINCO and may include: - Rental fee - Service fee Failure to complete payment within the required timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking request. 5. Cancellation and Refund Policy "Student Cancellation" If a booking is cancelled by the student: - The rental fee may be refunded - The service fee is non-refundable "PINCO-Initiated Cancellation" - If cancellation is due to PINCO: - A full refund (rental + service fee) will be issued "Property Owner Conflict" - If a confirmed booking cannot be honored due to the property owner: - PINCO reserves the right to resolve the issue and apply compensation terms as per agreements 6. Responsibilities "Students" - Provide accurate personal and booking information - Comply with property rules and regulations "Property Owners" - Provide accurate property details - Honor confirmed bookings - Maintain agreed property standards 7. Platform Role PINCO Habitat acts as a facilitator and coordinator of student accommodation bookings. We do not directly own all listed properties and are not responsible for day-to-day property management unless explicitly stated. 8. Limitation of Liability PINCO Group Limited shall not be held liable for: - Disputes between students and property owners beyond its control - Losses arising from incorrect user-provided information - Events outside reasonable operational control 9.
